New Features/Improvements

1. Version 234 fixes the blank calendars list in the Task Editor and the Filters introduced in V.233.
   
   
2. Copy/Paste Improvements:  The copy/paste offers more flexibility now as follows.
   
1. It is now possible to copy from the Manage View and Paste into the Sandbox View and visa versa.
   
2. It is now possible to copy from the Pull View and Paste into the Sandbox View and visa versa.
   
   
3. Manage, Pull, and Sandbox Graphics Improvements
   
1. Selections are now are easier to see when zooming in and out in the Manage, Pull, and Sandbox views.
   
2. Highlights when dropping a link onto its target are now emphasized in light blue to make it easier to see the target task.
   
   
4. Performance Improvements
   
1. On larger project with over 9000 tasks, you will notice significant improvement in pan/zoom and overall interaction while multiple people are working at the same time.  
   
   
5. Sandbox Activation & Visible Focused View
   
1. When you activate the sandbox, and if the Focused View is visible it will be hidden as a default as it is not needed for the Sandbox.
   
   
6. Printing Improvements: Print Preview for the Gantt and Manage and Pull Views have been improved.
   
1. Quick Print Settings will allow you to switch between printers and select standard page sizes and orientation without opening the print dialog.
   
2. Advanced Print: when this mode is enabled, you will be able to access the Windows 11 Print Dialog to interact with the Printer Drivers and select any settings supported by the printer included custom page sizes.
   
   
7. Variance Reports Improvements
   
1. The report now show additional columns including Company, Member, etc.
   
   
8. Commit and Status - The swimlane will now default to Exact instead of Auto to improve the display of the dates.
   
   
9. Expired Authentication: When you leave vPlanner running for more than 24 hours, the session authentication expires.  You will now see a message that asks to exit vPlanner and login again.  This is necessary to perform the automatic version update checks properly and ensure that you have the latest version.  
   
   
10. Swimlanes: It is now possible to manually adjust the swimlane columns and swap their order.
    
    
11. Task Footer Graphics:  It is now possible to display up to two User fields in the task footer in Manage, Pull, and Sandbox views.  You can control the visibility of those items from the Preferences Menu under the Footer section.   The User fields will display inside square brackets to distinguish them from normal attributes.  You may need to increase the task height and use rectangles rather than squares to properly show all the footer items.

1. Import Excel File works as expected (no longer complains about 2 tabs in the template file.
   
2. Task Filter: when filtering companies the performance of the filter is significantly improved.
   
3. Task Filter: invert filters for Company, Component, Floor, and System work faster and does invert the selection.
4. Report: token errors when opening the reports view no longer happen.
   
5. Task Editor: the Required Date does not reflect the imported task's Required Start or Finish when switching the task type to Start Date, Planning Marker, or Milestone.
   
6. Quality Checks: Out of Sequence checks will now skip Suspended Links.
   
7. Pull: error messages when deleting items from a Pull View no longer happen.
   
8. Variance Report: will now display the correct last modified by name.
