Support Portal Overview

The vPlanner Support portal is new with V5.  The portal is intended for users and can be used for various things including:
  1. Submit and track status for support requests.
  2. Access the knowledge base which will include best practices, common questions and how-to articles.
  3. Review changes between V5 releases.
  4. Access user webinar contents.
  5. (soon) network with other users using the Community feature.
