The vPlanner Support portal is new with V5. The portal is intended for users and can be used for various things including:
- Submit and track status for support requests.
- Access the knowledge base which will include best practices, common questions and how-to articles.
- Review changes between V5 releases.
- Access user webinar contents.
- (soon) network with other users using the Community feature.
